BIOGRAPHY

Stephanie Hinson

Stephanie is a Florida native growing up in Jacksonville, and graduating from the University of Florida.  Stephanie grew up, always on the water, where she learned her love of fish and the islands.  After college, and 6 years as a Vice President of marketing, she spent 9 years focused on building a family with her husband and being a mother to her 3 children, before going back to her love for illustrating the peacefulness of deep blue waters and the coastal lifestyle.  Today, she spends her days focused on putting to canvas her many water bound experiences. 

Starting from a young age going to nearly every Bahamian island, her love of the colors and pelagic creatures of the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic gave her a mind full of experiences to illustrate.  Stephanie has traveled the world seeing some of the most beautiful aquatic habitats from Bora Bora to the Caribbean and everywhere in between.  Today she paints in her home studio in Pensacola, Florida and her second home in the Florida Keys.
